Cancellations and Refunds Policy

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
If your order has already been shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
To request a cancellation, please email us at support@zalvio.shop .com with your order ID.

Refunds are applicable only for:

Damaged or defective items
Wrong product delivered
Order not received after the estimated delivery time (with tracking proof).

To Be Eligible For Refund:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery
Provide images or video as proof (in case of damage or wrong item)
Once approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Returned items must be unused and in original packaging.

Note:

We reserve the right to decline refund requests if the return policy is not followed or if the item has been used or damaged after delivery.
