This warranty applies only to:

Products purchased new directly from Zalvio.shop or from authorized platforms, such as:
Amazon.com, and other official Zalvio listings
The original purchaser or gift recipient with valid proof of purchase
No Receipt? No Problem.

If you received the product as a gift or lost the receipt, just email us at support@zalvio.shop
Send a photo of the product, your shipping address, and (if known) the name of the person who ordered it.
We’ll try to verify it for you and process your registration.

International Orders

Our Lifetime Warranty applies to all orders shipped within the U.S.
